BOSS is the leading school in the Caribbean for Advanced and Offshore training, in addition to supporting the full range of ASA and Sail Canada courses. We particularly encourage applications from instructors who are interested in progressing to teaching at Advanced and Offshore levels.
If you are interested in joining our team, email our Lead Instructor, Rob McLean.
To help instructors acquire the certifications and experience needed to teach in the Grenadines, BOSS typically offers both an ASA and a Sail Canada Instructor Development clinic each season. Dates, schedules and costs are on the clinic pages linked above.
These clinics are designed for instructors who are already qualified to teach Basic ASA or Sail Canada courses. However, if you are interested in instructing in future, Rob will be happy to provide advice on the best path to get there.
